He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas O'Fallon and Marlys O'Fallon; and his sister-in-law Barb O'Fallon. He is survived by : his wife Jacquie; his sons, Ben (Ali), Zac (Allison) and Quincy; his granddaughters, Ainsley and Penelope; and his siblings, Diane Schaefer (Ron), Tom (Pat), Pete, Deb O'Fallon (Mark McBride), Steve, David (Sandy), Mary Mohs and Ann O'Fallon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
