He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Wielinski and Catherine Wielinski (Smude); his son Ronald; and his sisters, Leona Munsch, Irene McCulloch and Evelyn Bryniarski.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bentler; his siblings, Mary Lou Roberts, Lorraine LeMieur, Jim Wielinski (Carol), Ann Schomer, John Wielinski, Janet Childs (Dan), Cathy Bolme, Mike Wielinski (Clarice) and Sharon Loscheider; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Wielinski and Lucille Wielinski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
