She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Helsley and Elvina Helsley (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband Donald Lowe; and her children, Doug Lowe (Dione), Keven Lowe (Cheryl), LaVaughn Neppel (Max) and Debora Lowe. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
