Jack Flavin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Jack Flavin (Little Falls, Minnesota). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Marcy Flavin and Shirley Welna; and his aunt Denise Willenbring (Flavin). He is survived by: his parents, Shawn Flavin and Barb Flavin of Little Falls, MN.; his siblings, Mike Flavin (Katie) of Buffalo, MN, Missy Anez (Paul) of Little Falls, MN and Josh Flavin (Leesa Ching) of Wausau, WI; his nieces and nephews, Alec, Ellie, Erik, Logan, Abe, Ayla, Crew and Finley; and his grandparents, Marv Welna, Dennis Flavin and Helen Larson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be donated by the family to a drug addiction awareness program.
