It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Wagner (Little Falls, Minnesota), born in Dell Rapids, South Dakota, who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Wagner and Florence Wagner; his wife Irene; and his children, Steven and Betty.
He is survived by: his children, Elder Hostels, Judy Rebnord (Frank) of Scotia, NY and Virginia Hoeppner of Scotia, NY; and his grandchildren, Tim Rebnord, Tony Rebnord and Holly Hoeppner.
