He is survived by: his parents, Maureen Miller of Little Falls and Robert Miller of McComb, IL.; his children, Jack Dornbusch (Casey Dornbusch) of Aberdeen, SD and Maia Joy Miller; his girlfriend Melissa Mortenson; his girlfriend's children, Zaydin and Aleia of Little Falls, MN; his grandparents, Robert Miller of St Louis, MO and Bernita Miller of McComb, IL; and his niece Cambria Lien. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
