He is survived by : his wife Susan; his children, Kristy Czichray (Walter), Sheri Belisle and Jerry Motyl (Maggie); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Justin, Kelsey, TJ and Makenzie. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
