She was predeceased by: her daughter Lisa. She is survived by: her spouse George Jirik; her children, Anne Trnka (Mike) of La Crescent, MN and Robert (Jan) of Savage; and her son-in-law Tim Skluzacek of Lonsdale. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
