He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Wilhelm and Auguste; his wife Arlene Burmeister; his children, Belinda Kroska (Daniel) of St. Joseph, Brian Mann (Patty) of Cheyenne, Brenda Mann Harrison of Snohomish, Bryce Mann (Stacey) of Lewes and Benita Dingman (Scott) of Bemidji, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Josh Mann, Eric Mann, Angi Pense, Shari Gilbert, Elizabeth Harrison DeVivi, Leah Naccarato, Blake Mann, Brynn Mann, Bryan Mann, Alexis Burger, Victoria Burger, Ryan Dingman and Mya Dingman Totzauer; his great grandchildren, Iris Mann, Gemma Mann, Max Mann, Logan Mann, Josiah Totzauer, Jemi Totzauer, Eleanor Naccarato and Archer DeVivi; and his brothers, Robert Mann (Alice) and Virgil Mann (Elaine).
