She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Francis and Ann Breiter (Wessely); her husband Clarence "Clancy" McCabe; her son Michael; her grandson Tyler; and her son-in-law Steve Short.
She is survived by : her children, Tom (Joanne) of Madelia, Dan (Deb) of Madelia, Philip (Margaret) of Madelia, Gary (Becky) of Madelia, Marilyn Solberg (Steve) of Mankato, David (Bonnie) of Maplewood, Margaret Haugen (Kurt) of Clara City, Ramona Short (Louie Martinez) of Thoreau, NM, Judy Odegaard (Doug) of Brookings, SD and Mathew McCabe (Joyce) of Little Canada; her siblings, Richard Breiter of Mankato, Patricia O'Neal of Palm Desert, CA and Betty Dickenson (Jerry) of New China, MI; and her siblings-in-law, Gregory McCabe, Roy McCabe (Christine) of Madelia, Kenneth McCabe (Pat) of Boone, IA, Richard McCabe (Jan), Olivia, Lawrence McCabe (Aida) of St. Joseph, Donald McCabe (Jan) of Carpentersville, IL, Marian Paul of St. James, Ellen Chapman (Ron) of Green Bay, WI and Jeanette Kouba (Rick) of Jamestown, ND. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Mary's School in Madelia, Madelia Community Hospital Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
