She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Allen and Clara Allen; her siblings, Don Allen, John Allen, Darlene Allen, Evelyn Stokes and Nina Faber; and her siblings-in-law, Roger Giestfeld and Vivian Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Oscar W. Knaak Jr. of Madelia, Minnesota; her children, Robin Ekstrom (Gary), Steven Knaak (Linda) of Forest Lake, Julie Kiffmeyer (George) of Clear Lake, Naomi Kimball (Victor) of Minneapolis and Thomas Knaak; her siblings, Clare Erickson of Vancouver and Wilbur Allen (Grace) of Fridley; and her siblings-in-law, Birdella Allen and Donald Faber Sr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
