She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Hovden and Esther Hovden (Barstad); her siblings, Beverly and Roger; and her granddaughter Whitney.

She is survived by : her husband Tom; and her children, Brad (Clover) of Rochester, Jayne Walter (Steve) of Waconia and Beth Wright (Bob) of St. Paul. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
