It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Richard Nelson (Madelia, Minnesota), born in Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Richard "Dick" Nelson; his aunts and uncles, Ernest Brummond, Jim Brummond, Robert Nelson, Betty Nowak and Laura Sheppard; his brothers-in-law, Richard and Eugene Oswald; his father-in-law Melvin Oswald (Donna); his grandfather-in-law Adeline; and his grandmother Meckelson.
He is survived by : his wife Terri Oswald; his children, John Nelson (Michelle) of Windom and Nicole Stevensen (Jacob) of Madelia; his mother Elaine Redmond (Brummond) of Madelia; his grandson Parker Nelson; and his siblings, Traci Nelson, Todd Nelson (Glenna), Dallas Neuenfeldt (Elizabeth) and Dylan Nelson. He is also survived by his children and other family and friends.
