With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Pauline Klefsaas of Madison, Minnesota, who passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Loren Klefsaas; her daughter DeAnn Kerkaert; her grandson Michael Kerkaert; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Klefsaas; and her siblings, Delores Torvik, LaVonne Bersie and Donald Kunde.
She is survived by: her children, Glen Klefsaas and Carol Borgerson (Richard); her son-in-law Leonard Kerkaert; her grandchildren, Randy Klefsaas (Jackie) of Moorhead, Jim Klefsaas (Jenae) of Redwood Falls, Dan Klefsaas (Mandy) of Bellingham, Sue Kramer (Tony) of Cushing, Alan Kerkaert (Robyn) of Leavenworth, KS, Jill Allord Kerkaert of St Michael, Sarah Tesch (Andy) of Chaska, Rachael Sandven (Blake) of Crystal and Maria Nolte (John) of Madison; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Harrison Klefsaas, Jax, Jayna, Jr., Gavin, Preston, Derek, Kenley Klefsaas, Lydia Kramer, Easton, Isaiah Kerkaert, Josie Allord, Madalyn, Evan Tesch, Beckston, Hendrix Sandven, Maren, Thea, Hallie and Zelie Nolte; and her sisters, Shirley Reich and Ardis Brandt Brothers (Marvin Kunde).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (106 8th St, Madison, MN 56256). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of the Madison Healthcare Services (900 2nd Ave, Madison, MN 56256). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (106 8th St, Madison, MN 56256).
