She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Ellis and Florence Ellis (Heiser); her close friend Dennis Peterson; her brothers, Gordon Ellis and Lowell Ellis; and her siblings' children, Pam Rahn, Diane Wolfe and Brad Ellis.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Janice Ellis of Mankato, MN; and her sibling's children, Shelly Dunkin, Todd Ellis, Scott Ellis and David Ellis.
