She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Wiedman and Ruby Wiedman (Knutson); her husband Donald Peterson; and her sister Arlene Johnson (Dennis).

Memorials may be given to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, BENCHS, or Minnesota Valley Pet Hospital.
