She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris Lee and Evelyn Holl (Iverson); her former husbands, Roger Lindell and Reginald "Peck" Moore; her husband Guy Showalter; and her brother Norman Holl.
She is survived by: her son Brian Lindell (Michelle); her stepdaughter Annie Zollinger; her grandchildren, Amanda Carter (David), Alicia Debusca (David), David Lindell (Rebecca) and Michelle Griffen (Daren); her sisters, Marlys Saeger (Will) and Phyllis Haukoos (Dean); and her siblings-in-law, Sharron Holl, Kenneth Moore (Jean), Marvin Moore (Sue) and Dawn Stetely. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Simpson Funeral Home (5160 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations to Advantage Hospice Providers or the American Cancer Society are preferred.
