He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Loretta Kelly and Meryl "Jim". He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Janet Jensen; his children, Tom Budd (Mary) and Patty Budd Stillings; his grandchildren, Kali Sinn, Maggie Budd, Michael Stillings and Joe Stillings; and his brothers, Kelly, John and Jerry.
