She is survived by: her children, Diane (Chris Simmons), Jeanine (Marilyn Rateike), Teresa (Chris Sankey), Michael and Brian (Jenica); and her grandchildren, Andrew Kottke, Marissa Kottke and Nikolas Dainsberg.

In lieu of flowers, tributes to the Disabled American Veterans, the American Lung Association, or the family, are preferred.
