With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Violet Ann Manthei (Mapleton, Minnesota), who passed away on May 9, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar Olson and Hertha Olson (Bauman) of Granada, MN.; and her siblings-in-law, LeRoy "Corky" Sanders, Alice Randall (Waldo), Emmy Burgeson (Merlin) and Judy Gernander.
She is survived by : her sons, Tim Manthei (Terri Maass) and Lee Manthei (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jessica Smith (Craig), Jill Manthei (Ben Stenzel), Craig Manthei (Jennifer Reetz) and Justin Manthei; her great grandchildren, Ellie and Ethan Smith; her sister Ellen Sanders; and her nieces, Vickie Dunn (Steve) and Nadine Sanders (Huck Hensley). She is also survived by her husband and sons.
