He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Rogge and Helen Rogge; his brother Bennett Rogge; and his great-nephew Logan Samples. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Sampson (Brian) of Waterloo, IA, Edward Rogge of Marshall, Lawrence Rogge (Coleen Pedersen) of Ghent, Joyce Samples (David Riley) of Montevideo, Karen Alfson (Bill) of Balaton, Brian Rogge of Ghent and Susan Ramirez (Alonso) of Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
