He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Cole and Margaret Cole (Ruder); and his sister Margaret Corn. He is survived by: his wife Karen of Marshall; his children, Kim Cole (Brian Boero) of Oakland, CA, Kelly Wallis (Jeff) of South St and Sean Cole (Tanya) of St. Paul; his grandchildren, Clara Boero, Alex, Max Wallis and Erin Cole; and his siblings, Jack Cole, Tom Cole, Jean Pharis and Don Cole. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Avera Cancer Center, Avera Hospice, or Prairie Home Hospice and Community Care.
