He is survived by: his sons, Karl Oevermann (Petra) of Freeport and Corey Oevermann (Tina) of Freeport; his grandchildren, Chase, Autumn and Sarah Oevermann; and his siblings, Albert Oevermann of Melrose, Kitty Mueller of Melrose, Donald Oevermann of Melrose, Dorothy Schmitz of Brooten and Joseph Oevermann of Melrose.
