He is survived by: his nephew John Finnerty; his daughter-in-law Shareen (Woodford); his grandson Samuel Finnerty; his great grandchild Michael Finnerty; his granddaughters, Karlyn and Kyra; his great grandchild Therese Finnerty (Mileti); his son-in-law Nick Mileti; his grandsons, Anthony Mileti (Melissa) and Dominic Mileti (Hope); his great grandchild Timothy Finnerty; his wife Kathleen; Sandra Leon Nuno.
