With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad M. Wentzel of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on January 4, 2022 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Wentzel. He is survived by: his father Earl Wentzel; his siblings, Kellie Clegg (Jeremy) and Jeremy Wentzel (Shelly); his daughter Krystin Carlson; his grandsons, David, Daniel and Levi; his siblings' children, Hope, Leia and Lucas; his girlfriend Heather Swanson; and his girlfriend's children, Tori (Victoria) and CJ (Christian James).
Please be aware face masks will be required at all venues.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made in Chad's name. Suggestion are: Donate Camp Shamineau American Cancer Society.
