Though Doris Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Mattson and Annie Mattson (Williams); her husband Eddie Kaskinen; her daughter Mary Kaskinen; and her granddaughter Sarah Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Magadance of Eau Claire, WI and James Matson of Columbia Falls, MT; and her children, Robin Sonsteby (Craig) of Bowdel, SD, Joanne Malcheski (Butch) of Annandale, Jackie Wilson (Kevin) of Cokato and Charlie Kaskinen (Pam Rudolph) of Annandale. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Swanson Peterson Funeral Home (655 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, MN 55321). A prayer will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
