He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Butts and Judith Butts (Hempel); and the mother of his child Theresa Marie. He is survived by: his son Christopher (Laura); his grandchildren, Westin, Kailee and Maisy; and his siblings, Steve (Mary), Mike (Linda), Larry (Cindy), Cindy, Pam (Tom), Roger, Sue (Kevin) and Margie (Kurt). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hillside Chapel (2610 19th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
