He is survived by : his nieces and nephews, Sharon Nako, Judith Anderson, Gary Smith (Sandy), Terry Smith, Gail, Cheryl, Kathy Twite (Doug), Patty and Phillip, Jr.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylee (Jim), Kasi (Tyler) and Britton; his children, Jaelynn, Aliah, Tyler, Jaydan and Jordan; and also, Brayden, Ashlynn, Leighton, Nolan, Peyton Nako, Sharal Gee (Dale), Brandon (Heidi), Brianna Peck (Adam), Rowan and Eliana.
