She is survived by : her former life partner Jon Fort; her children, Thomas Fort (Kim), Timothy Fort (Connie) and Michael Fort (Lisa); her grandchildren, Travis, Jerrod, Alyssa (Aaron Schlosser), Karlee Eggert (Brian), Brady, Mitchell and Cooper; her great grandchild Tate; and her sisters, Rita Pearson (Merle), Colleen McMahon (Jack) and Kathy Bortle (Mark). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
