With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen Nokleby of Montevideo, Minnesota, who passed away on April 7, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oliver Anderson and Ellen Anderson; her husband Arnie Nokleby; her daughters, Susan Nokleby, Gail Strickler, Gwen Nokleby, Janet Nokleby (Olindo Lammawin Jr.) and Jill Kaiser (John); her daughter-in-law Susan Nokleby; her grandchildren, Jessica Schwendemann (Kaleb), Adam Nokleby, Buck Eide, Bjorn Eide (Brandy McQueen), Stacie Olson (Kevin), Erin Commerford (Shawn), Matthew Bowler (Carrie), Heidi Thompson (Mike), Emily Bowler, Michael Bowler, Emma Lammawin, Alexis Lammawin and Grace Kaiser; her great grandchildren, Elsa, Esmae, Emersyn Schwendemann, Asanti Eide, Abigail, Sam Olson, Jake LeBrun, Mason, Jocelyn Commerford, Ava, Nick Bowler, Brayden, Cole, Isaac Thompson and Adrian Bowler; her great great grandchild Jayce LeBrun; her brother-in-law Dick Eid; her siblings, Howard Anderson and Idell Eid; her son Steven Nokleby; her son-in-law Randy Strickler; her grandson Thor Eide; and her parents-in-law, Emma and Oscar Nokleby. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family would appreciate memorial donations to Hospice, Habitat for Humanity or Brookside social programming.
