He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kranzler and Mary Kranzler (Gugel); and his wife Darlene Kranzler (Lorig). He is survived by: his children, Leslie Kranzler (Pam) of Waconia and Nancy Lohn (Jim) of Belgrade; his grandchildren, Timothy Kranzler, Kristen Kranzler, Michelle Lohn and Matthew Lohn (Breanna); and his great grandchildren, Emmeline Lohn and Annabelle Lohn.
