He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Moe and Wilma Moe (Engel); and his brother George E. Moe. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Marilyn Kissner; his children, Kathryn Thompson (Pat) of Annandale, Kristine Lingle (Brian) of Spicer and Mark Moe (Nancy); his grandchildren, Noah Thompson, Nicole Stahl (Tim), Cari Lingle, Curt Lingle (Jasmine), Angelica Moe and Sheena Moe; and his great grandchildren, Bennett Lingle and Tanner Stahl. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
