He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Johnson and Mildred Johnson (Peachey); and his siblings, Carolee and Charles. He is survived by: his daughters, Emma Mudgett (Trevor) and Sara Johnson; his sister-in-law Bonnie Johnson; and his sibling's children, David Johnson and Mary Johnson.
