She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hardebeck and Maude Hardebeck (Steffen); her husband Harold Niemeyer; her grandsons, Zachary and Tyler Niemeyer; her granddaughter-in-law Lori Carlson; and her sisters, Irene Gosseling, Lorraine Altenhofen and Phylis Treml.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Carlson (David) of Kerkhoven, Dennis Niemeyer of Renville and Douglas Niemeyer (Peggy) of Montevideo; her grandchildren, Craig Carlson (Michelle), Julie Brown (Tim), Derek Niemeyer (Tari), Candace Miller (Don), Amber Cross, Jason Niemeyer (Erica) and Tony Niemeyer (Jaime); and her brother Vernon Hardebeck (Marie) of Raymond. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
