He was predeceased by: his parents, Severin Laumb and Ethel Laumb. He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Best; his wife Joyce Laumb of Montevideo; his sons, Richard Jr. Laumb (Elissa) of Montevideo, Bob Laumb (Amy) of Raymond and Randy Laumb (Judy Bendickson) of Montevideo; his grandchildren, Evan Laumb, Anabeth Black and Quinton Liebl (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Grace, Klay Black and Kelbi Liebl; and his brothers-in-law, Bryan Best of Montevideo and Ross Best of Philippine Islands. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
