We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2023, at the age of 62, Joe Luis Leija Jr. of Montgomery, Minnesota, born in Fentress, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jose Luis; and his brother Paul Leija. He is survived by: his mother Vickie Leija (Sanchez) of Eagle Pass, TX.; his wife Kim Leija of Montgomery; his children, Ernie Leija of Eagle Pass, TX., Shayla Walters of New Prague and Isaac Leija of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Kayla Leija, Alexandra Leija and Briella Arens; his great grandchild Angel; and his sisters, Annie Davila (David) of San Antonio, TX. and Diana Santoya of Eagle Pass, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
