He is survived by: his children, Lora Novotny (Darren Bastyr) of Montgomery, Lisa Hodges (John) of New Prague, Larry Novotny (Steph Brockway) of Montgomery, Kevin Novotny of Montgomery and Mark Novotny (Krystal Hamele) of Montgomery; his siblings, Connie Meyer (Roger) of New Prague, Chris Segna (Dan) of Montgomery, John Novotny (Madonna) of New Prague and Dave Novotny (Jean) of New Prague; and his close friend Mary Kotek. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
