He is survived by: his pet Arya; his sons, Jody Kukacka (Anastasia) of St. Peter, Chris Kukacka (Kathy) of St. Peter and Andrew Kukacka (Allie Lehnen) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Faith Ortiz, Dante Ortiz-Kukacka, Andre Ortiz-Kukacka, Abby, Bryan, Emily and Zoey Kukacka; and his brother Ralph Kukacka of Montgomery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
