She is survived by: her children, Bill Hlavac (Bonnee) of Montgomery, Don Hlavac (Therese) of Heidelberg and Jim Hlavac (Nancy) of Faribault; and her son-in-law Dick Peroutka of Montgomery. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchild; 2 step great-great grandchildren.
