He is survived by : his wife Sandra Simon (Dressel); his children, Shelly Roemhildt (Paul) of Montgomery, Melinda Skluzacek (Jerry) of New Prague, Melissa Westerlund (Brad) of Jordan and Michael Simon Jr. (Nichole Scheel) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Kyle, Abby, Danielle, Whitney, Dylan, Kayla, Trevor, Ashley and Leelynn; his siblings, Nicholas Simon (Cheryl) of Montgomery, Frederick Simon and Karen Steinhoff of New Prague; his sisters-in-law, Judy Siemers and Kathy Friedrich; and his sisters, Sylvia Persell (Gary) and Roxanne Tuma (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
