He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dorshak and Marie Dorshak (Fochs); and his brothers, Raymond, Robert and Roger Dorshak.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Montgomery; his children, Deborah Enrooth (Douglas) of New Prague, Ron Dorshak (Julie) of New Prague, Mark Dorshak of St. Paul, Michael Dorshak (Sandra) of Savage and Catherine Fischer (Scott) of Kilkenny; his grandchildren, Brittany, Joshua Dorshak, Ronald, Rebecca Enrooth, Brandon, Kayla Dorshak and Michael Fischer; his siblings, Jean Crosley of Michigan City, IN and Joyce Noveroske (Terry) of San Antonio, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Swanson (Dave), Carole Hiniker, Kathleen Malecha (Greg) and Peggy Heuer (Bob). He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
