She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mader and Rose Mader (Frechette); her husband Robert Zoubek Sr.; and her half-sister Shirley St. She is survived by: her children, Robert A. "Bob" Zoubek Jr of Montgomery, Gerald Zoubek of Montgomery, Steve Zoubek (Lisa) of Montgomery and Susan Prchal (Dave) of Montgomery; her grandchildren, Matthew Zoubek (Ashley), Garret Zoubek, Brandon Skluzacek, Chelsey Skluzacek and Calista Zoubek; her great grandchild Macie Rose Zoubek; and her siblings, George Mader Jr. of New Prague, Mary Anne Herda (Fritz) of Faribault, Janice Michaels (Tom) of Montgomery, Joan Weber of New Prague and Joyce Anderson.
