She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Biewer and Magdalena Biewer; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Evelyn Wieser; her stepmother-in-law Louise Wieser; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Bladow and Lloyd Wieser.
She is survived by: her husband Vance; her children, Dawn Barrera (Jerry), Adam Wieser (Mary) and Kristen Layman; her grandchildren, Carissa Valnes (Tanner), Ian Barrera, Rylie and Arya Layman; and her great grandchildren, Magdalena and Baby Valnes.
She volunteered for many organizations including American Cancer Society, The Children's Museum, Make-A-Wish, Dakota Hospital and the MS Society, where she helped start a resource library.
