She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Forness and Marilyn Forness (Czichotzki). She is survived by: her husband Jan Hartwick; her siblings, DeNise Hearnen, Lynnea Forness and Craig Forness; her niece Kimberly Bawek (Justin); her great-niece Shea; and her great-nephew Nolan. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (605 2nd Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Sanford Hospice House.
