He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Skog and Joan Skog; his brothers, Clint Skog and Tom Skog; his sister-in-law Julie Skog; his sister Susie Skog; and his brother-in-law Ethan Resac.
He is survived by: his great-nephews, Ozzy and Harvey; his wife Denise Skog; his children, Richard Skog (Rachel) of Sturgeon Lake and April Skog of Sturgeon Lake; his siblings, Tim Skog (Julie) of Sturgeon Lake, Bill Skog (Marcy) of Sturgeon Lake, Jared Skog (Amy) of Sturgeon Lake, Kay Southerland (Micheal) of Florida, Becky Mach (John) of Morris, Penny Greniger (Ron) of Cloquet and Amy Berg (Nathan) of Moose Lake; and his grandson Victor Skog.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are preferred to John's family.
