He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Smith and Dorrothea Smith (Eades); his wife Susan Wilkie; his children, Shirley and Michael; and his grandson Daniel Sorum.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Linda Sorum (David), John LaFramboise (Kathy), Charlie LaFramboise (Pat), Terry LaFramboise (Donna), Lana Agenter, Randy LaFramboise (Pam), Kevin LaFramboise and Allen LaFramboise; and his brothers, Carroll Smith and John Smith. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
