He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Thedin and Mabel Thedin (Dalen); his wife Bonnie Bosworth; and his siblings, Glenn and Fern.

He is survived by : his daughters, Jane Lawless (John) of The Villages, FL, Tracy Head (Jeremy) of Madison, WI and Nancy Silbernagel (Michael) of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Lithe Strassburg (Craig), Lukas Gunderson (Jillian), Korbin Head and Ruby Silbernagel; and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Violet Gunderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
