She is survived by : her parents, Frank Meschke and Lydia Meschke (Schwichtenberg); her husband Harold Spitzack; her children, Sandy, Pat and Ken Spitzack; and her grandchildren, Katie, Sherman, Chris Elhardt, Kelli Elhardt, Nicholas, Corey, Alex Schwartz, Shanda Spitzack, Justin, Olson, Nathanael Youngquist and Lydia Youngquist.
