We bid farewell to Jeanette M. Steenhoven of Morton, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 2, 2025 at the age of 86. Jeanette touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sturm and Mary Sturm (Frankiewicz); her husband Richard Louis Steenhoven Sr.; her son Richard Jr.; her grandson Bryan Geiger; her son-in-law David Ochs; and her brothers, Leonard and Dennis Sturm.
She is survived by: her children, Rene Wold (Jeff) of Pengilly, MN, Kendra Boney (Robert) of Redwood Falls and Jennifer Quackenbush (Lonnie) of Morton. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine's Catholic Church (900 E Flynn St, Redwood Falls, MN 56283). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Raphael Catholic Cemetery (20 W Van Dusen St, Springfield, MN 56087). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Morton Senior Center (185 Main St, Morton, MN 56270).
