He was predeceased by : his wife Marguerite Bergren (Lillemoe); and his parents, Gunnar Bergren and Lillian Bergren. He is survived by : his children, John Bergren (Nancy), Joan Jokinen, Steven Bergren (Nancy) and Rebecca Halvorson (Larry). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
